Chaperone Policy:

All youth under the age of eighteen (18) are required to be accompanied by a parent/guardian (adult - age 21+) to be admitted into the National Orange Show Fair. Any person entering may be asked to show a valid California Driver License or Identification Card or other Government issued ID. Each adult can only chaperone 5 minors at a time. Groups larger than 5 minors require an additional chaperone for every 5 minors. The chaperone (parent/adult) are required to remain on the property while the minors are on the property. The youth must provide a telephone number of the attending parent/adult to a National Orange Show Fair representative upon request. Any and all misbehaving minors will be held and released to their chaperone (parent/adult). Any minors under the age of eighteen (18) not accompanied by an adult 21+ will not be admitted.

Organized and ticketed group outings, such as school, church, corporate, summer camp, sports, and other pre-scheduled group visits are exempt from the policy as these groups have established chaperone policies and practices already in place. Exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of the Fair Management.

Policies, programs, schedules, rides, entertainment, and concerts are subject to change or cancellation without notice. The National Orange Show reserves the right to refuse admission. No rain checks. No refunds. No weapons, guns, or knives allowed on the premises.

COVID PROTOCOLS: The National Orange Show Fair follows State and County COVID-19 guidelines and currently, there are no restrictions. If you are feeling ill, we ask that you please stay at home.

ADA PARKING: Please be aware that ADA parking can become impacted on busy days as it is filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

ANIMALS: Only service animals are permitted on the grounds.

ATM: ATM machines will be available on-site.

PROHIBITED ITEMS:

The following is a partial list of items. Event staff will be authorized to use their discretion in disallowing items not included on this list:

• Guns, including pellet and BB guns (concealed weapons permits are NOT accepted on fair property. All armed on and off duty law enforcement are required to check in with Event Staff at a gate)
• Ammunition
• Explosives
• Electric weapons
• Martial arts weapons
• Knives, including pocket knives of any size/length
• Batons
• Brass knuckles
• Mace
• Pepper spray
• Handcuff keys (except for law enforcement/probation/parole personnel)

RE-ENTRY: Convenient exit and re-entry are available with a hand-stamp at the Main Exit Gate.

SCREENING: To ensure the safety of all our guests, all personal items are subject to inspection prior to entrance.

SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is prohibited, including the use of pipes, e-cigarettes, vapors, or similar devices.

Strollers, wheelchairs, and lockets are NOT available to rent.

WATER:You may bring up to two (2) unopened plastic water bottle(s); they are also available for sale from various vendors.
